The Method Behind the Numbers.
It started as a clean, simple thing — a routine to occupy the mornings, free of noise and drama. I trained at a Planet Fitness, the kind of place serious lifters write off as a cardio-focused social club. I didn't pick it to make a point. I picked it because it was there, and because I didn't need anything fancy to do the thing I wanted to do.
